Full Circle Project
Full Circle Project is a ministry of Pacific Southwest Mennonite Conference - a diverse community of Mennonite congregations across Arizona and California. Mennonites are a Christian faith group with origins in the Radical Reformation movement of the 16th century, and belonging to a wider Anabaptist tradition. Mennonite beliefs and practices vary widely, but following Jesus in daily life is a central value, along with peacemaking and non-violence.
Through Full Circle Project, we desire to share God’s love, justice, and peace with each other and with our local and
global neighbors. We invite others to collaborate with us in the ministry of healing, reconciliation and restoration.
The purpose of Full Circle Project is to:

Immigrant Care
The Full Circle Project partners with West Coast Mennonite Central Committee to organize Immigration Workshops to resource our churches. Gloria James, the Immigration Program Coordinator for WCMCC, recently led a workshop at Full Circle Thrift especially designed for our Southern California immigrant churches on Immigration Law Under the New Administration.
We are currently in the process of planning future immigration workshops at different churches across the conference.
New Church Development
The Full Circle Project encourages and resources new Anabaptist communities of faith through fostering mentoring relationships and workshops.
In February 2019, FCP held a Forum for Latino Church Planting at Pasadena Mennonite Church. It was a day of brainstorming and strategizing with pastors and visiting mission leaders from Mennonite Mission Network.
The Baja Anabaptist Ministry Project was conceptualized from that day of brainstorming.
New Church Development Announcement:
An Anabaptist fellowship is starting in Kern County. The first gathering was a kickoff potluck on September 29, 2019. Please spread the word to Anabaptist friends in the Bakersfield / Kern County area. For more information, call (661-332-0702) .
Beating Guns Event
On March 25, 2019 Full Circle Thrift Store hosted a stop on Shane Claiborne and Mike Martin's Beating Guns tour. The clothing racks were pushed aside to make space in the thrift store for Shane Claiborne to preach, lamenting gun violence. The crowd of over 100 was led outside to take turns at the blacksmith forge, transforming a donating rifle into a gardening tool.
